CHANGES

The buyer must contact the email [ [email protected] ] explaining the reasons for requesting a change, including photographs and evidence that supports the request within a period not exceeding 5 days after the purchase.

Exchange conditions

• Once the change is authorized, send by mail [ [email protected] ] photographs of the packaging and packaging of the merchandise to be changed.
• The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs as well as the new costs for the replacement shipping of the exchanged merchandise.
• The buyer is responsible for any loss in value if the item is not returned in its original condition.

CANCELLATIONS

The purchase cancellation request must be made on the same day of purchase. This so that it is received before it is sent or sent to our suppliers.
